How to Add/Edit Groups and Labels for People and Companies?

You can use Groups and Labels to segement your contacts any way that you like.

You can create groups for things like:

  • Statuses or Current State:
    • New Leads
    • Follow Up
    • Work in Progress
    • Invoice Pending
    • Active Booking
  • Types of contact/company:
    • Suppliers
    • Contractors
    • Partners
    • Customers
    • Clients
  • Products/Services they have purchased or are interested in:
    • Consulting
    • Website
    • Bookkeeping
    • Training
    • Strategy Guide
    • literally whatever you sell
       

To add or edit groups:

  1. Goto your Admin Panel by click the far top right button of your screen and choosing "Admin Panel"


     
  2. Next click on, "Dropdowns & Flows" in the left side Admin menu
     
  3. To Add a New Group:
    Then under the "Groups / Labels" heading, click "Add New" at the bottom of the list



    To Edit an Existing Group:
    Click on the word of any Group in the list, change the text and/or color

     
  4. Finally click the blue tick box to save you changes
