How do I create a sales flow or workflow?

To create a flow in Horizon HQ, simply follow these steps:

  1. Goto your Admin area (purple button in top right corner or https://go.ninjodo.com/settings/account )
  2. Click “Dropdowns & Flows” from the left menu (https://go.ninjodo.com/settings/dropdowns )
  3. Click the “Sales & Workflows” tab
  4. Give the flow a name & description
  5. Click “Save
  6. Click “Add a Step To This Flow
  7. Type in the Stage or Step
  8. Hit Enter or Click the Tickbox
    1. ** Repeat steps 6-8 until all of your steps are visible
